Cookie Policy

This website uses one optional cookie category, analytics, and nothing is set until you agree.

When you first visit, a banner asks whether you accept analytics cookies. If you accept, we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used and to improve it. If you reject, or do not answer, no analytics cookies are set and the site works exactly the same. You can change your choice at any time using Cookie settings in the footer of every page.

What a cookie is

A cookie is a small text file that a website stores on your device. Some cookies are essential for a site to work. Others, like the ones described here, measure how a site is used. The law allows us to store strictly necessary cookies without asking. For every other kind we need your permission.

Cookies we use

Strictly necessary. To remember whether you accepted or rejected analytics, we store a single value named arvato_cookie_consent in your browser’s local storage. It contains only the word “granted” or “denied”, is never sent to us or anyone else, and stays until you clear your browser’s site data. It is not a tracking cookie.

Analytics cookies (optional, only with your consent). Set by Google Analytics 4, a service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4.

  • _ga — distinguishes one visitor from another using a random identifier. Lasts up to 2 years.
  • _ga_13XQ0PXW04 — keeps the pages of one visit together as a session. Lasts up to 2 years.

These cookies tell us which pages are visited, how long people stay, roughly where visitors are located and which device and browser they use. IP addresses are anonymised before storage. We do not use the data to identify individuals, and we do not use advertising, remarketing or Google Signals features.

What we do not use

  • No advertising, remarketing or social-media tracking cookies.
  • No login or preference cookies. This website has no user accounts.
  • Fonts and images are served from our own website, not from a third-party service.
  • Our hosting provider does not set cookies.
  • Links to other websites, such as the Arvato group site or Google Maps for directions, open pages governed by those organisations’ own cookie and privacy policies.

How Google uses the data

Google processes analytics data on our behalf under Google’s data processing terms. Google may transfer this data to Google LLC in the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Information on how Google uses data from sites that use its services is at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites (opens in a new tab). You can also opt out of Google Analytics on all websites with Google’s browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout (opens in a new tab).

Changing or withdrawing consent

Choose Cookie settings in the footer to see the banner again and change your answer. Withdrawing consent stops new analytics cookies being set. You can delete existing cookies through your browser settings.
